Food for thought, Food for mood, Food in order to move and Food for your make up.

It is so important to feed the body and listen to the body’s requirements. We need fuel in order to function on a day to day basis, especially when you are starting to exert the body more than usual and improve your fitness.

Expecting the body to perform on an empty tank is not going to happen. In order to utilize the various energy systems we need to feed the muscular system regularly. The more nutrients we can provide the body with, the healthier we are as a whole. You are what you eat and we are all very different, what works for one person does not necessarily work for another.
