Motion

We all move differently according to individual structure and our physiological and genetic make up. A thorough postural assessment prior to training can help to pin point which areas need work, and address the strength and weaknesses within the body.

The aim is to allow the body to move with ease allowing as many muscles as we can to work through their full range of movement in turn improving posture and minimizing injury. Having a body that is muscularly balanced, and injury free, will allow for increased gains in health and fitness.
